Amazon Studios and Tennis star Serena Williams have signed a first-look TV deal for a documentary series.

The tennis legend is set to work with the Amazon to create both scripted and unscripted television projects exclusively available on the streaming giant’s network.

Goalhanger Films and Plum Pictures will work alongside Amazon on this docuseries. Not only will the 23-time Grand Slam champion star in the series, but will executive produce with Patrick Mouratoglou, Stuart Cabb and Tony Pastor. The works is expected to follow Williams in her professional and personal life.

In a statement, Serena William said, “I’m very excited to be partnering with Amazon Studios – they are developing some of the most inspiring and important content for a global audience. I have a lot of stories I’m eager to tell, including a continuation of my own, and I look forward to sharing those with the world.”

Serena is the most awarded Women’s Tennis Association player of all time, with over 20 Grand Slam titles across 72 singles and 23 doubles championships. She has received gold medals at the 2000, 2008, 2012 Olympics playing for U.S.A.
